Return Policy
We can accept any products back within 30 days from the receipt of the products if the conditions below are satisfied.
Ready to Assemble (RTA) Cabinets and Accessories
- Product(s) must be received in a condition in which it can be resold. The original packaging should not be opened or removed;
- We should be able to track the product(s) that is subject to return if you are shipping it back yourself. All carrier companies provide the tracking number(s), which must be provided to us after shipping the products back;
- You must contact us before shipping the product(s) back in order to get the return number (RMA / Return merchandise authorization) that is issued by the manufacturer.
Pre-assembled cabinets and accessories

Note! Return shipping cost is covered by you. However, at your request, we can provide all shipping documents ourselves. In this case, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
We reserve the right to charge a fee for additional work of the warehouse workers (restocking fee). The amount of this fee can reach 33% from the cost of the product(s). The final amount of the fee is considered after all the information about the product(s) that needs to be returned has been received: weight, size, quantity, etc.
The refund will be issued back to your original payment method once all the items will be received back and inspected by our workers. Usually, it takes us 3-5 business days to inspect all the items.
Shipping Policy.
Ready to Assemble products (RTA products) leave the warehouse within 2-7 business days from the receipt of the order. In the event that some of the products are not available, we will contact you to discuss the possibility of replacing part of the products or the possibility of waiting for the entry of all the products into the warehouse. Standard time of the order in transit is 2-8 business days.
Pre-assembled cabinets require more time to be shipped, as they need to be assembled and packaged more carefully due to the increased risk of pre-assembled product damage. The pre-assembled products leave the warehouse within 3-12 business days. Standard time of the order in transit is 2-8 business days.
Our products can be shipped to 48 contiguous states. Orders that must be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii or other destinations outside the United States can be shipped to the nearest point from the final destination in one of the 48 contiguous states. You will have to take care of the final delivery yourself, using the services of third-party transport companies. All-time periods indicated on the website are estimated. They were calculated based on average delivery time in our industry and our previous experience. You will receive the order tracking number as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
We strongly discourage you from arranging of any construction work related to our products before the order has been received and inspected for damage or manufacturing defects.
Shipping cost.
The shipping cost and preparation of products for shipment is calculated on the checkout page. We reserve the right to revise the shipping cost if the website has not calculated additional delivery terms: difficult access to the delivery address, non-standard size of product(s), etc.
Free shipping.

Damage to the products during shipping/ Manufacturing defects.
We try to minimize possible damage to the order using high-quality, professional packaging materials and choosing large shipping companies for delivery. However, our products are not undamageable.
There are 2 types of damage: visible damage that was caused to the products during delivery and concealed damage - manufacturing defects.
Visible damage must be noted in the shipping documents upon receipt of the order. The driver will ask you to sign a document confirming receipt of the products - note all visible problems before signing.
Take a photo of the damage upon receipt. You must report any visible damage within 7 calendar days following receipt of the order.
Concealed damage may occur after opening the product packaging. If you find such damage, you have 14 calendar days to report it. Be prepared to provide us with a short description and photos of the damaged parts.It may take up to 2 business days to process your complaint. After considering the application, we will need 1-5 working days to ship new parts / cabinets, depending on the type of product purchased.
We reserve the right not to replace any parts free of charge if the complaint was sent after 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order. Our company uses the services of third parties for the products delivery.
Shipping companies have a strict policy according to which they can refuse to consider a complaint submitted after 14 days.
Lost items.
Lost items are a rarity. However, sometimes the boxes may not be delivered in the quantity ordered. Recount all the boxes that have been delivered. Note the items that have not been received in shipping documents. Let us know about the problem if the products have not been found after unpacking.
For easier product identification, you can find the product codes on the boxes (SKU: AG-W0930, SL-B30, etc.) and compare them with the bill of lading.
Canceling an order.
An order that includes ready to assemble (RTA) cabinets and accessories can be canceled without penalty within 24 hours after placing the order. If a request to cancel the order was sent after 24 hours, then we reserve the right to deduct 15% (restocking fee) from the refund amount.
