Pre-assembled cabinets require more time to be shipped, as they need to be assembled and packaged more carefully due to the increased risk of pre-assembled product damage. The pre-assembled products leave the warehouse within 3-10 business days. Standard time of the order in transit is 2-10 business days.

Doors and drawer fronts
3/4" thick solid wood door and drawer front. Center panel is MDF (Medium Density Fiber Board) with wood veneer. Doors are 5-piece construction, drawer fronts are solid slab construction.
Side, top, and bottom panels
3/4" thick plywood with wood veneer.
Back panel
1/4" thick with 1/2" thick bordering frame around the perimeter of the panel for added support. Set into dado of top, bottom, and side panels.

Hinge side
Hinges on single door wall and base cabinets are located on the right side by default. In most cases they can be reversed to the opposite side. Reversing cabinet hinge position may require pre drilling small holes.

Yes. This cabinet line is 100% in compliance with CARB Phase 1 & CARB Phase 2 defined guidelines of composite wood products.

Yes, for pre-assembled cabinets.
Full Overlay Installation
Kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities with full overlay doors/drawers come with a small clearance between doors/drawers and cabinet edges. If a cabinet should be installed next to a wall or other surface (e.g. dishwasher end panel), we recommend adding at least 1/4" additional clearance to allow doors/drawers open smoothly. The 1/4" is the minimum recommended space. However, some applications will require a bigger distance depending on hardware and other project requirements. You can use a scribe molding or wall/base fillers to fill the gaps. Generally, the additional spacing is not required in between cabinets unless they are different depth (e.g. a 12" deep wall cabinet next to a 24" deep oven cabinet).
